CTIR Expansion

130,000 Square foot building expansion for Community Blood and Tissue Services that started in March 2019 and completed December 2020. This expansion doubled the size of their existing building. Nelson Stark was hired to install the plumbing scope of work for this project. This included underground and aboveground Sanitary and Storm systems plus Domestic Water, Natural Gas, RO/DI Water, and Fuel Oil systems.
